Shipping policy

Shipping within Italy costs €5.90 and is free for orders of €20 or more, unless other promotions are active on the website. Delivery takes 2-5 business days from the order confirmation date. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, delivery may take an additional day.

In any case, and except for delays due to unforeseen circumstances or force majeure, Torrefazione Santos Caffè commits to delivering orders within a maximum of 10 (ten) business days from receipt of the order.

We rely on SDA courier for e-commerce shipments within Italy.

International shipping is available only within European Union countries and costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination. Generally, international shipments take between 5 and 8 business days for home delivery.
