Our 30-day return policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving an item.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must include all tags, and must be in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the problem and resolve it efficiently.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, promotional items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the received item and, once the return is approved, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day EU Withdrawal Period
Notwithstanding the above, if goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition as received, not worn or used, include all tags, and be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
