Since 1957, Torrefazione Santos has been a family-run Italian artisan roastery, active for three generations in the heart of Codigoro, Ferrara. Founded by grandfather Arturo Squarzoni, today it is a landmark for artisan coffee throughout the province of Ferrara and beyond: a place where the tradition of true Italian espresso meets the care of those who still roast directly in-house.
We select the finest green coffee origins — Guatemala, Brazil Santos, Costa Rica, Cameroon, and India — and slow-roast them using a drum roaster to create balanced, signature blends of Arabica and Robusta. Because true Italian espresso is recognized from the very first sip.
