Since 1957, Torrefazione Santos has been a family-run Italian artisan coffee roaster, operating for three generations in the heart of Codigoro, Ferrara. Founded by grandfather Arturo Squarzoni, it represents the authentic tradition of Italian artisan coffee, roasted directly in the workshop and designed for those seeking a true Italian espresso, the fruit of experience, passion, and meticulous craftsmanship.
We select the finest green coffee origins from Guatemala, Santos Brazil, Costa Rica, Cameroon, and India, which we slowly drum-roast to create artisanal blends of Arabica and Robusta. Our coffee is available in beans, ground, Nespresso® and Lavazza Espresso Point®-compatible capsules, and paper pods, ensuring consistent quality in every format. An Italian coffee roastery that brings roasted coffee to Italy and tables throughout Europe.
